"The Complete Tutankhamun", Nicholas Reeves, Thames and Hudson (1995).

This seems to be the most up-to-date Tut book. Filled with excellent color photos. You'll find pretty much about Tut as there is, but we just don't know that much. A lot of excellent description of whats in the tomb, though.
