Alvin Karpis
If we're glorifying criminals we might as well glorify this man, Alvin Karpis. Dubbed "Public Enemy #1" by J. Edgar Hoover, we should probably put Alvin in the #2 Public Enemy #1 slot. John Dillinger was really #1.
