The Wax Model - Final Step
After multiple "slushes" the wax in the mold is at the proper thickness (3/16" to 1/4") and covers the interior (and elsewhere) so you have a nice wax model in the mold. At this point if the mold was made correctly and if the wax was poured to the right thickness and if the wax is allowed to cool sufficiently and if something else doesn't go wrong, you should be able to disassemble the two parts of the mother mold from the inner mold.
